TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER
In these terms and conditions, any reference to users, purchasers, client(s), primary client, visitor(s), or members of the group benefiting from the purchase shall be understood as applying interchangeably to any of said roles, while El Dorado Park may be referred to as the “Park” or by its own name or corporate name, interchangeably.
By purchasing tickets, services, and products from EL DORADO PARK, the primary client, as well as other members of the group benefiting from the purchase, declare, accept, and acknowledge everything set forth in these terms and conditions and disclaimer. These include general rules, prohibitions, Park rights, disclaimers, cancellation policies, and other valuable information for the visitor, namely:
At El Dorado Park, the visitor will participate in adventure-style activities. These include water attractions such as slides, snorkeling, and riding or floating on mats, among others, as well as activities involving rivers, canyons, stairs, slippery surfaces, white sand beaches, and coconut palms surrounded by dense tropical rainforest. Activities also include hiking, zip-lining, exploration, and other attractions featuring elements such as water, fire, contact with nature, and interaction with the Park’s themed characters.
GENERAL RULES
Visitors must look after their personal belongings.
Visitor participation in attractions depends on compliance with the safety rules applicable to each attraction. These rules are displayed on signs located before the entrance to the attractions and—depending on the risk level of the specific attraction—may also be communicated verbally by Park staff or via instructions broadcast through loudspeakers located throughout the facilities.
Adults with minors in their care must keep them in sight and supervise them at all times.
PROHIBITIONS
Filming, photographing, or recording within the Park for commercial purposes without written authorization from El Dorado Park. Smoking tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or other products that produce vapor or smoke in places not specifically designated as smoking areas.
Consuming food and beverages in areas where it is not permitted.
Addressing other visitors or Park staff in a disrespectful manner or engaging in offensive behavior.
Entering the Park with drones, roller skates, skateboards, remote-controlled toys, sports equipment, balls, weapons, objects resembling weapons or toy guns, tripods, selfie sticks, plastic bottles, glass containers, animals, dangerous objects, beverages, food, or any other item prohibited by the Park.
Engaging in any conduct prohibited by Park staff communications and instructions, by signs posted before the entrance to each attraction, or by announcements broadcast over the Park’s loudspeaker system.
PARK RIGHTS
Conducting security checks on visitors and their belongings, both upon entry to the Park and during their stay on the premises.
Filming, photographing, recording, or reproducing images, videos, and audio of persons entering the Park and using the material thus obtained for promotional, advertising, or informational purposes related to the activities, services, and operations of El Dorado Park, without entitling the visitor to any financial compensation. By signing this document, the visitor expressly authorizes the use of their image and voice captured during their stay at the Park, under the terms specified herein.
Closing, restricting, limiting, or temporarily suspending any Park attraction—in whole or in part—due to operational, weather-related, maintenance, safety, or force majeure reasons, or any other circumstance that reasonably justifies taking such measures. To deny entry to or require the removal from the Park of any visitor who fails to comply with safety rules, disrupts the peace, or engages in conduct that may affect the safety or experience of other visitors, staff, or the facilities. These measures shall be implemented in a manner that is reasonable and proportionate to the circumstances. In such cases, the visitor shall not be entitled to a refund.
Furthermore, I declare, accept, and acknowledge the following:
That I must act prudently within the Park premises and comply at all times with the rules, warnings, and safety measures applicable to the activities and attractions.
That, while EL DORADO PARK has an obligation to ensure the proper functioning of its attractions and to adequately communicate the rules,
